How
can I settle the sales tax?
Please note that for all international orders,
the customer, including those in China, is solely responsible for
all taxes charged such as customs and import duties of the destination.
Since these duties vary from country to country, Miniaturehk.com
cannot estimate non bear the cost of tax to be charged. For more
information, please contact your local customs office.
How
long will it take to get my order?
The packaging and shipping of all orders take
several business days. Once the order is confirmed, you are suggested
to allow for a few business days of delivery as noted in the charts
below.
Shipping rates: (Local
Customers, Hong Kong)
HK$50 for local delivery will be charged for
each order. In most cases, customers should receive their ordered
products within five business days from the date of purchase. Please
fill in your contact telephone numbers clearly so that our customer
service representatives can confirm the date and time of delivery
with you within three business days from the date of purchase. Should
goods ordered be out of stock or extra time be required for delivery,
our customer service representatives will contact you promptly to
make any alternative arrangement. Delivery service is from Monday
to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Service time do not include Saturdays,
Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping rates: (Overseas
Customers)
For shipments to all overseas countries, Miniaturehk.com
provides two shipping options for you: Speed Post and Air Parcel.
Please note that delivery charges as shown below are subjected to
changes at anytime. For all international orders (other than orders
inside Hong Kong), customers are solely responsible for the customs
clearance and import duties of the destination. Since these duties
vary from country to country, Miniaturehk.com will not estimate
in advance the amount of taxes to be charged. For more information,
please contact your local customs office.

For order exceed 4kg, we strongly suggest the bottles
to be packed into separate parcels instead of one
to avoid damages during delivery. Our Customer Services
Officer will suggest how many parcels and the size
of the parcel should be used for delivery when confirming
your order via email. Whether you take our suggestions
or not is at your discretion. Please note we are not
responsible for any damages and lost during delivery
if our suggestions are not taken which caused the
damages.
Note: Delivery fee is subject to the charges of Hong
Kong Post with reference of the delivery address,
size and number of parcels per order.
