Brewing
workshop introduction
The Brewing workshop was established in 1126. "LiuLingzui
ancient pot relics" is the old site. Because of the long
history, published by the state council as the "national
key cultural relics protection unit" in 2006, in the workshop
remains a Song dynasty ancient well, there are 146 liquor fermentation
pool built by the different historical period before the qingdynasty.
Including 16 since "Jinyuan period" built and continuous
us, it has been nearly one thousand years of history, it is
the earliest liquor fermentation pool in our country at present,
has a very high archaeological value and research value.

The second workshop
overview
The second workshop was constructed at the beginning pf Min
Guo and ranks as Hui Style architecture. Inside the workshop
there are totally 292 fermentation pits with a history of
one hundred years. There are 2 sets of steamers which are
all traditional tools for distillation.

Liulingzui ancient
pot relics
In 2005, from national Archaeological experts with United
province, city, country heritage sector research for Liulingzui
ancient pot relics, and finding out different age culture,
stove, foundation, road and some important relics, for research
distil wine of beginning and developing provides and important
basis.
Combining explore ancient septic tank, Ancient wells, short
foot from the cup, Sixi pot chicken legs bottle and these
artifacts from the jinyuan age has characteristics typical
of sites in northern China.
