Registration

There
will be directions at the lobby to Conference & Exhibition Centre.
Please take attendance at the information desk outside Conference &
Exhibition Centre to get your attendee badge, auction card and souvenirs,
etc.

Attendees
can only enter the venue with attendee badges.

Private
auction and stalls for miniatures will be available from 16 August 1pm to
17 August 1am
|
|

No
meals will be provided at the venue on 16 August. Only water will be provided.
If attendees are interested in the private auction, please provide photos
of your miniature and starting price for all items before 25 July. There
is no maximum number of miniatures to be auctioned, but there will be 10%
commission from the seller to be collected by the organizers, buyers will
not be charged with commissions.
(Transactions are to be settled on the day with cash, all amount in RMB)

You
can bid with the "auction card" on the day. Winners of the auctions
will be served by staff for registration and arrangement for transactions.

If
there are no other bids higher than the starting price, the item should
still be sold to the winner.

You
can purchase miniatures from stalls, no surcharges and commissions will
be charged.

All
attendees must keep their attendee badge and auction card for entrance on
the next day. Those who have collected souvenirs on 16 August, there will
be no souvenirs given on 17 August.
(Each attendee can only obtain one set of attendee badge, auction card and
souvenirs)

events on August 16, 2014 are optional.

For those who will not be attending the event and cannot register your attendance
on 16 August, please contact our staff to register your attendance outside
the venue on 17 August at 11am to collect your attendee badge, auction card
and souvenirs. If you have registered on 16 August, souvenirs will not be
given out again.
(Each attendee can only obtain one set of attendee badge, auction card and
souvenirs)

Attendees
can enter the venue at 11:30am with attendee badges. It is located at Conference
& Exhibition Centre at 4th Floor of International Commercial Centre.
There will be displays outside the venue, you can sign for your attendance
and take photos outside.

will be media and reporters.

There
will be tasting booths and displays of sponsors.
|

Starts
at 12:00 with organizer's speech.

Guest
speakers' speech (including staff from committee, overseas guests, sponsors
who will introduce their products)

Lunch
time will be around 1:30pm.

Lucky
draw will be after lunch time.

Public
auction will be after lucky draw. All public auction items are donated by
collectors and sponsors, profit will be used for future funds of the committee.
Winners will not be charged with surcharges or commissions.

photos will be taken after. Event finishes at 5:00pm.

Changes
