Benefits
of the event and precautions |

Registered
applicants may present their ID cards or passport to enter the venue,
and will receive an entrance pass and a sponsorship gift provided
by our sponsor, Liu Ling Zui Liquor Co., Ltd., which contains a
50 ml miniature liquor of Wan Tan Jiu Lin.

Our
sponsor will provide free accommodation for three days and two nights
for 19, 20 and 21 May. You will have to make your own arrangements
if you arrive earlier. We hope that participants would make reasonable
travel arrangements based on the time of the event. If you cannot
attend the event for any unexpected reason, please inform us in
advance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Our sponsors
have requested that all participants to the event at Baoding must
be at least 18 years old. Taking into account that there will be
more people traveling around during the event, for security considerations,
we ask that you do not bring anyone under the age of 18 years to
the event as they will be refused entry to the event. We hope that
you will consciously help to maintain order at the event. |

Auction |

|
A charitable
auction will be held during the dinner party on 20 May, and those who make
a donation of aged liquor or aged liquor collection items will have their
membership fee waived. At the same time, all donors of gifts or sponsors
will be put on the donor wall, so we hope everyone will participate actively.

Participants
who need to take a plane and with a longer distance
Take a plane to Shijiazhuang Airport, then switch to Zhengding Airport
Railway Station (there is a free shuttle bus from the Airport to the
Rail Station for 10-minute drive) to Baoding East Station. Take the
taxi for about 15 km distance to the destination (Liu Ling Zui Scenic
Hotel, Xushui District)

Take the railway to Baoding East Station and switch to a taxi to the
destination

Take the railway to Xushui Station and switch to a taxi for 5 minutes
to the destination (Liu Ling Zui Scenic Hotel)

Beijing South Station: Take the train in Beijing South Station to
Baoding Railway Station
or Xushui Station.

Self-driving

Lin Zui Liquor Co., Ltd.
will arrange a car in Beijing Airport to drive participants directly
to the venue at Liu Ling Zui Scenic Hotel, Baoding (19th May) .
The same arrangement with the time to be confirmed will also be made after
lunch on the last day (21st May) of the event. Participants can then take
this car back to Beijing.
