1. Do I need to register or login before browsing or shopping on this website?
Answer: No. You don't need to register or login before browsing or shopping on our website.

2. What can I do if I want to browse or select products from the web site?
Answer: Please click the"Category"on the left of the main page, select your favorite from "Select a Category" and go to the relevant product's list.

3. Where can I check the items I have purchased?
Answer: To view your order list, please go to "My Shopping Cart" where you can change the quantity of any items at any time you like before payment.
1) Type in the correct quantity for that item and click the "Recalculate Total " button.
2) If you would like to cancel the order for a selected item, simply click "Removed Selected" for that item.
3) Click "Continue Shopping" to return to the previous store to continue your shopping.

How can I check out and complete the online-shopping?
1) After you have selected your favorite items and quantities, please click "Checkout" button from "My Shopping Cart".
2) In the checkout page, type in your contact and delivery details, and then click the "Submit" button to complete the order.
3) Check the information of the "Order Form". If no mistake is found, click the "Confirm" button to complete the purchasing procedures.
4) If mistake is found, please click "Reset" and repeat step 2 and 3.
5) An order number will be shown immediately. Please mark down this order number for future reference.
6) Details of your order will be sent to your registered email account immediately. Please print out or save this as a preliminary receipt.

5. When will my purchase(s) be delivered?
Answer: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Email Invoice from us with a Waybill Number or Postal Receipt Number for your future reference and for delivery tracking purposes. Delivery times will depends on which delivery method and destination countries you chose. Please read the "Delivery Services" under the "Customer Services" for more details.

6. How to settle payment for online shopping?
Answer: Different methods of payment are available to you. Please read the "Payment Methods" under the "Customer Services" for more details.

7. How are the delivery charges in "My Shopping Cart" calculated?
Answer: We will estimate the net weight of each item according to its total weight and packaging, of which the information will be saved in our transaction system. When you proceed to "Check out" under "My Shopping Cart", the delivery charge will be calculated based on the destination country and delivery method you specified. Every time when you update the "Delivery Country", the delivery charge will be recalculated. Please read "Delivery Services" under the "Customer Services" for more details on calculation of delivery charges.

8. Any other choices for overseas customers who do not want to deliver the product by Speed post and Air Parcel?
Answer: You can choose your desired delivery method by selecting "Others" and fill in the delivery method you preferred. We will then send you an email of your desired delivery method and the order details for your backup. In the email, the "Delivery Charge", "Total Amount" and "Delivery lead time*" will be shown as [to be determined]. Our customer services officer will send to an email specifically to reply your delivery charge. Please print out or save this as a preliminary receipt.

9. Where will be my personal information saved and how will it be treated?
Answer: All personal data provided will be secured in our database with restricted access by authorized personnel only. All personal information submitted to us will be used for shopping and delivery purposes as well as direct marketing of Hong Kong Miniature Liquor Collection. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of information about you held by Hong Kong Miniature Liquor Collection.
